The problem with R-4 (and others) is: The file format doesn't support elements other than strokes, text elements, images and TeXImages. If it is only saved as strokes in the file, it won't be possible to change the number of rows or columns easily afterwards. |

Thanks for your work on Xournal++.
I'd like to request the addition of a Table Object Tool, implemented with similar behavior to existing shape tools (e.g., lines, ellipses).
Proposed Features:
R-1: The system shall allow users to insert a table object as a graphical element on a page.
R-2: The system shall inherit transformation functions (e.g.: thickness, colour, position, size change) of already present shape tools
R-3: The system shall prompt users for the amount of columns and rows required
R-4: The system shall allow modification of the number of rows and columns in the table after creation.
R-5: The system shall allow users to resize individual row heights and column widths within the table.
R-6: The system shall treat the table as an object that can be selected, moved, and deleted like other shapes.
