10 has confirmed the premiere date for MasterChef Australia: Fans & Favourites as Easter Monday, 18 April.
This also marks a launch in the Easter non-ratings period.
12 emerging home cooks will experience the magic of the MasterChef kitchen for the very first time, while 12 of MasterChef Australia’s most loved contestants will feel a sense of nostalgia as they walk through the hallowed doors for a second time.
Whether their passion stems from feeding their family, creating culinary masterpieces on TikTok or a desire to test their skills against some of the best cooks MasterChef Australia has ever produced, these 24 contestants from all over Australia share one common love – food.
Monday, 18 April at 7.30pm on 10.

I like MC..but yes..if episodes drag out I tend to let it drift to 2nd screen…just flick back if something looks interesting….
Would be good if it was no more than 3 60 minute episodes a week but I suspect it will be the usual 5 between 75 minutes and 2 hours which is to much
