NEED HOUSING? Student Housing Affairs (SHA) provides the UW community with a central location where they can gather non-UW (off-campus) owned housing information. SHA maintains listings for off-campus rentals, roommate wanted, housing wanted and sublets; however, SHA never recommends or endorses any listings.We also provide advice about the rights of a renter and references for legal help. The office and online database serve as a posting service for off-campus housing information. Listings are usually received about one month in advance and remain posted for three weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: ASUW SHA is not affiliated with the UW Dept. of Housing and Food Services (HFS). For information regarding on-campus housing or UW owned off-campus housing please contact HFS directly at 206-543-4059 or hfsinfo@u.washington.edu
