The Advent Youth Camp, "Glan-yr-Afon", has been established for over 40 years and is owned and operated by the North England Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Glan-yr-Afon is open from March 1st through to December 31st each year and is used by families and larger groups for a whole range of reasons and by all age groups including retirees.

Some come to enjoy the peace and quiet of the area, others to take part in more strenuous activities. Groups of up to 150 can be accommodated by prior arrangment.
