> Timor-Leste Capacity Building
A small team of the Department's officers worked in Dili from early February to the end of June 2008 to build administrative capacity and assist the transition of the Timor Sea Designated Authority to the new Timor-Leste National Petroleum Authority. The National Petroleum Authority commenced on 1 July 2008.

The Department provides an overview of transport fuels including petrol, diesel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as well as publishing comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions concerning these fuels.
