This Loch Ness monster wanna be is the very first Pokémon I ever surfed with. I distinctly remember rescuing him from Silph Co. and thinking he was so cool. In fact, he’s too cool to even be given an evolution or pre-evolution, which is fairly rare for non-legendaries (especially those who have been around since the original games). But heck, he’s great just the way he is, which is no doubt how he made his way so high on this list. – AUDREY
