- From the section Football
Man City boss Manuel Pellegrini says he is sorry for criticising the referee after Manchester City's Champions League defeat by Barcelona.
The Chilean manager was fiercely critical of Swedish referee Jonas Eriksson after the 2-0 defeat at Etihad Stadium, claiming he was "not impartial to both teams".
Pellegrini admits he was "frustrated and angry" after the game and says he did not say Eriksson was a "bad" referee or criticise Sweden and Swedish football.
