Darren Lavery got the hosts off to a flying start, firing past Stuart McKenzie after five minutes.
Steven Notman doubled Berwick's lead, slotting home Ross Gray's cross. And they scored a third when Lee Currie headed Notman's cross past McKenzie.
Currie converted from the spot after he was brought down by Ricky McIntosh and Scott Dalziel completed the rout.
