Alcohol Policy

  • There are NO RESTRICTIONS for alcohol traveling between floors.

    • ATMs

  • ATMs can be found outside sections 106, 119, 228 and 301.

  • See Pregame Warm-Up.

    Baby Changing Stations

  • Found in all women’s and family restrooms. See Restrooms for complete list.

    • Box Office

  • The box office is located at NE main entrance. On game days, it opens at 10 a.m. and closes at the end of halftime.

    Camera Policy

  • Still cameras are allowed. No flash, laser pointers or selfie sticks permitted.

  • Children

  • Children ages 2 or younger do not require a ticket. Ages 3 and up will require a ticket to enter the arena, as well as any child that will require a seat.

    • Concourse Suites

  • There are four Concourse Suites located behind sections 114, 115, 116 and 117. Interested fans can call 405.208.HOOP (4667).

    Defibrillators

  • Defibrillators can be found outside elevators 3 & 4 (106, 209 and 310) and are carried by all medics.

    • Doors Open

  • The main entrance doors open 90 minutes before tip-off. So, for a 7 p.m. tip, doors would open at 5:30 p.m.

  • Elevators 1 & 2: Sections 101, 203, 302

  • Elevators 3 & 4: Sections 107, 209, 310

    Fan Information Booth (FIB)

  • To answers to any of your game night questions, visit either Fan Information Booth in section 106 or 309.

    • First Aid

  • The First Aid room is located outside section 112. Additional medics are stationed outside section 228 on the COX Club Level and section 317 in Love’s Loud City.

    Guest Relations Desk

  • Guest Relations Desks are located in 105, 109, 120, 210 and 228.

    • Postgame Free Throws

  • Following each Sunday game all kids 16 and under are allowed to shoot one free throw on the court. Kids are to line up in the aisle behind each basket (section 120/101or 110/111). We ask that no marking shoes are worn on the court.

    • Pregame Warm-Up

  • All fans are welcome to watch players warm-up and/or wait for autograph opportunities in the 100 level until 30 minutes prior to tip-off. Best opportunity during pregame warm-ups in Sections 112-113 (visitors) and 118-119 (home). Courtside is only accessible to Guests with proper tickets. Use aisles 112 or 119 for best autograph opportunities.

  • Leaving and re-entering is not permitted (except for emergencies).

  • Smoking is prohibited per city ordinance No. 25, 294, on city or public grounds.

    Terrace Lounges

  • The Riverwind Casino Terrace Lounge is located in the north end at Sections 201-203 and 228-230. The Hertz Terrace Lounge is located in the south end at Sections 214-217. These lounges are reserved for use by Terrace Suite and Terrace Seat owners only.

    • Thunder Girl Autographs

  • At select games you may find the Thunder Girls signing autographs outside Section 102 (pregame). Visit the nearest Fan Information Booth (106 or 309) to find out when they’re signing.

    • Thunder Girl Photographs

  • At select games you may find the Thunder Girls posing for fan photographs outside Section 111 at halftime. Visit the nearest Fan Information Booth (106 or 309) to find out when they’re posing.

    • Thunder Shop

  • Visit the Team Shop located outside Section 120 to get all the latest Thunder merchandise. Additional merchandise stands and shops are located in Sections 104, 109, 210 and 311.
