All tickets, including those for guests with disabilities, may be purchased online at www.rosequarter.com, over the phone by call Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000, or in person at the Rose Quarter Box Office. Tickets may also be purchased in person from the Rose Quarter Box Office Monday through Friday, 10a. to 5p. Wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels that are opened during the event at the Moda Center and on the main level of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Three companion seats are available for each wheelchair seat. We also sell modified aisle seats to guests with limited mobility. Please identify your need for special seating at the time of ticket purchase.

At the event, disabled seating is accommodated based on availability. If you have any other ticket questions please contact Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000.

The Rose Quarter campus has four parking garages each with disabled parking on most levels. When purchasing your event tickets at the Rose Quarter Box Office, ask about pre-paid parking. Convenient drop-off and pick-up areas for guests, taxis and limousines are located along Wheeler Ave and Multnomah Street.

Guest Information Booths are located on the 100 Level at the Moda Center’s North entrance near Entry A-7, and South entrance near Entry A-24. For larger events, there is a Guest Information Booth located on the 300 Level, at Entry C-33. The Veterans Memorial Coliseum Guest Information Booth is located at Entry CC. The Guest Services staff will assist you with questions, wheelchair escorts, Assisted Listening Devices and Lost and Found inquiries during events. Calendars for upcoming events, franchise schedules, general information regarding Portland are also available.

Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge for every event. Any guest may check out an Assistive Listening Device at any Guest Information Booth with a photo ID. Guests may also tune into 98.1 on any FM Radio in the Moda Center to enhance listening.

Guests must request a sign language interpreter (ASL) in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the event, in order to allow time to retain a qualified signer and to allow for preparation time. Provision of a signer is subject to the availability of personnel and the ability to obtain necessary information from the event to prepare for sign interpretation of event content. The placement of the sign interpreter varies from event to event and is subject to seating configuration, stage placement and sightlines for effective sign language communication. We offer one companion seat to accompany the guest who has requested the signer. Additional Companion seats may be purchased subject to availability.

Wheelchair escorts are available and can be arranged by calling our Command Center 503.797.9712 or by stopping by an information booth during the event.

Concession locations, food and beverage kiosks, and restaurants are wheelchair accessible. Braille menus are also available at the concession stands. All Moda Center concession stands accept debit and credit cards. For additional assistance, please contact any Rose Quarter team member.

All restrooms in both the Moda Center and the Veterans Memorial Coliseum are accessible to our guests with disabilities. In the Moda Center, red walls mark the women’s restrooms and men’s restrooms have black walls.

Trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome at the Rose Quarter. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.

First Aid services are available during all events. Two First Aid stations are located in the Moda Center on the 100 Level, across from Entry A-9, and on the 300 Level, across from entry C-11. In the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the First Aid station is located at entry OO.

If you are in a wheelchair on any level other than the event or 100 level you will be held at the top of our stairwells in our staging area until professionals retrieve you. Trained employees will assist with the evacuation of disabled persons in the event of an emergency.
