TICKETS

Manage your tickets all in one convenient place - your phone! Transfer, resell or upgrade your tickets all through the app. Access your ticket on game day and scan it on your phone to enter Amway Center. iPhone users can save their ticket to Wallet for quick viewing. Attending the game with multiple people? Make sure to forward tickets to your friends and family in advance. Seat Upgrades: Check out the view from other seats and get as close to the action as you want. Seat upgrades can be purchased using Magic Money and your debit or credit card.

Sit With Friends Add additional seats onto any game. Bring your family, friends, coworkers or clients to the game to experience Pure Magic.

PARKING

Pre-purchase parking passes for the GEICO Garage, access them under Tickets in the app, and scan them at the entrance. Simple and easy!

ORDERING

Food & Beverage

Order food and drinks through the app and don't miss a minute of the action!

• 1. Browse the extensive menu of food and drinks available throughout Amway Center, all from the comfort of your seat.
• 2. Once you place your order, the app will show you the closest concession stands, wait times and which stands offer Express Pick-Up lines for even faster service.
• 3. Make your way to the concession stand to have your food freshly prepared. Use the wayfinding feature in the app to find the most direct route from your seat.
• 4. Payment will not be processed until you visit the concession stand. Your debit or credit card information can be saved to make future orders a snap.

Express Pick-Up

Seven concession stands will offer dedicated lines for fans who have ordered food and drinks through the app. Avoid waiting in line while others browse, get your food faster, and get back to the game. Look for concession stands in the app labeled "Express Pick-Up", and then look for the clearly marked Express Pick-Up line at the stand from which you ordered.

In-Seat Delivery

Available for Courtside, Ultimate, & Chase Club seats, as well as Loges and MVP Tables. Order food and drinks through the app and have it delivered to your seat.

Magic Merchandise

Shop from your seat! Without missing any of the action, browse the selection of Magic gear in the app and place your order. Pick up your items when you're ready. Simply stop by the Orlando Magic Team Shop at the location designated in the app.

Magic Marketplace

You haven't been to a market like this. Buy unique Magic experiences that will be memorable for a lifetime. Attend the postgame press conference and hear from Head Coach Scott Skiles alongside members of the media. Step on the Magic court and high-five players as they are introduced one-by-one. Enjoy an exquisite dinner with all-inclusive drinks in Fields Ultimate Lounge located just outside the Magic locker room. These options, and many more, are available in the Magic Marketplace. Tickets and Orders will always be easily accessible on the bottom navigation bar of the app. And if you're ever looking for something not listed on the menu, just choose the ∙∙∙(MORE) icon to find what you need. On game days, your parking passes and tickets will be easily accessible, as will game info so you can follow the team like never before.
