Just as we do with our fans, we provide our employees with access to Media, Merchandising, and Memories. For instance, our employees have immediate and user-friendly access to Media, such as our Culture & Strategy Playbooks. Employees are also given the opportunity to sample our Merchandising, like tickets, t-shirts, and discounted Piston’s gear. Lastly, we ensure our employees make plenty of Memories at the Palace, whether it be playing pickup basketball or attending a meet-and-greet with players or entertainers, employees are given the opportunity to enjoy life at PS&E.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
Lastly, our employees have the opportunity to proactively enhance their health and wellness through our fitness program. Employees have access to health screens and assessments, as well as health and wellness fairs to learn about various ways to increase disease prevention and health promotion. All employees are encouraged to participate in one of our organized recreational activities, such as running, biking, yoga, pilates, and more.
