The box office is located on street level at the main entrance of the Vivint Smart Home Arena at the southwest corner of South Temple and 3rd West.

Public Transportation:

There is a TRAX stop directly in front of the arena, as well as UTA bus stops slightly north of the arena on 3rd West.

There is free parking on the streets surrounding the arena starting at 6:00 PM, as well as several private pay lots on the blocks surrounding the arena. The closest lot is the Parking Center adjacent to the arena on the Northeast corner of 3rd West and South Temple.

Children two years of age and older are required to have a ticket. Those under the age of two may sit on the lap of a ticketed guest.

Due to Bear's very busy schedule, he is unable to fulfill requests for personal appearances (i.e. birthday parties, office visits, etc.) at this time.

Our superscreen is available to broadcast your birthday message at no charge, during pre-game only. Please note we require a 48-hour notice. Please click here to fill out the birthday request form. No phone or email requests will be accepted.

If you'd like Jazz Bear to recognize your birthday, engagement or other special event in-game with a personal delivery of a gift or flowers, we need 1 weeks notice, as well as your deliverable items (given to the receptionist) by 12pm prior to game start. There is no charge for this but schedule is based on a first come, first serve basis as well as Bear's availability during the game. Please email Carly Robbins at crobbins@utahjazz.com to schedule.

At this time, we currently do not offer use of our superscreen or announcer for proposals.

If the tickets were bought through Flash Seats or SmithsTix, you can come to the Vivint Smart Home Arena box office with a picture ID (as the original ticket purchaser) and we will reprint them for $3.00 per ticket.

We offer free tours of the arena Monday thru Thursday unless something else is already scheduled in the building. Pre-booking always takes priority. The tour takes about 45 minutes and please keep in mind we do not tour the locker room. Available times are between 9AM and 4:30PM.

We do not permit any outside beverages, coolers, bottles, cans, thermoses or containers into the arena.

Our contestants are selected from the crowd before the game starts. Get here early and maybe you can be apart of the game!
