SUMMER 2024 FIXED ROUTE SCHEDULES START MAY 26TH, 2024. 

Our new Summer Schedules go into effect starting Sunday, May 26th, 2024.  We have made service upgrades to many of our routes that will provide faster, more convenient rides and connections for our passengers' trips.  

-n1 we have extended weekday trips to UBS Arena, instead of ending at Elmont Road/Hempstead Turnpike. 
-n16X service to NCC is suspended until Fall semester.  
-n21 new pilot Sunday service between downtown Glen Cove and Roslyn Clock Tower.  
-n24 Sunday frequency between trips has been improved to 30 minutes all day, west of Roosevelt Field Mall. 
-n31X  new pilot express service, serving Far Rockaway, Lynbrook, Rockville Centre and Hempstead. Express stops
           will serve the following weekdays, and view the n31X route map pdf here  :
                      Hempstead Transit Center, Hempstead
                      Franklin Street/Fulton Street, Hempstead
                      Washington Street/N. Centre Avenue, Rockville Centre
                      Merrick Road at Hempstead Avenue (n4/4X stop), Lynbrook 
                      Steveson Road /Broadway, Lynbrook 
                      West Broadway/Hewlett Parkway, Hewlett
                      Woodmere Boulevard/W. Broadway, Woodmere
                      West Broadway/Cedarhurst Avenue, Cedarhurst
                      Central Avenue at Mott Avenue (across from the Library), Far Rockaway 
-n71  this route will be converted to shuttle service from Farmingdale State College and Amityville Station 7 days a week,
         with improved frequency between trips to every 40 minutes.
         For travel to/from Hempstead, please use the n70. 
-n88X daily service to Jones Beach starts May 24th thru September 29th.  Visit our service page here

STARTING MONDAY, JUNE 17TH :  WE ARE EXTENDING THE ELMONT FLEXI! 
We are making Flexi even more convenient by extending many trips along Mill Road in Hewlett!

Please note our new printable timetables have been streamlined to show key time points along the route. All buses will make all stops as usual unless otherwise noted. Timetables also include seating capacity projections based on historic ridership data.
