Celtic celebrate Bahrudin Atajic's goal

Celtic won the Scottish Youth Cup for the fourth year running after beating Dunfermline Athletic 3-1 in the final at Hampden Park.

It is the 13th time the Glasgow club have lifted the trophy.

Following an even first half, Jamie Lindsay fired Celtic ahead after 52 minutes and Bahrudin Atajic headed the second with 11 minutes remaining.

Allan Smith's superb individual goal pulled one back within a minute, but Denny Johnstone headed Celtic's third.

John Kennedy's side held on to secure a fourth consecutive league and Cup double.

It was their third victory of the season over John Potter's Dunfermline, the previous two being by a single goal.

The Pars had gone into the game with high hopes of lifting the trophy for a second time after fielding eight players who had gained first-team experience since their club entered administration and shed a number of senior players.
