Pregnant Jesy Nelson shares 'emotional' message to boyfriend Zion Foster from hospital bed

Jesy Nelson shared a heartfelt message to her boyfriend Zion Foster from her hospital bed ahead of his participation in the 2025 TCS London Marathon
The pregnant Little mix star, 33, has been in hospital since late March after she was diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), a condition that could put one or both of her babies at risk.
She had emergency surgery to prevent complications around the high-risk condition after revealing both babies had been “living off one placenta”.
Foster ran the marathon on Sunday to raise money for the Twins Trust charity, an organisation that supports the parents of twins and improves maternity care and research.
While unable to support her boyfriend in person, Nelson made sure to share a message of motivation to the musician from her hospital room on Sunday morning.
She posted a snap of herself lying in bed watching the BBC coverage of the marathon on her Instagram story, writing: “I feel so emotional this morning knowing my baby is running the marathon for our babies and for @twinstrust.”

Nelson added: “@zionfoster my heart feels so proud of you, you got this my angel.”
After Foster completed the marathon, she also shared a photo of him grinning as he crossed the finish line and called him an “amazing human and daddy” in the caption.
“Words will never be enough to let you know how proud I am of you. The most amazing human and daddy we love you baby. You smashed the London Marathon!!!!”
Nelson, who is seven months into her pregnancy, previously said her twins were monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA), meaning they share a single placenta but have their own separate sacs.

According to the NHS website, TTTS affects 10 to 15 per cent of identical twins who share a placenta, and it “can have serious consequences”.
The condition is caused by abnormal connecting blood vessels in the twins’ placenta which leads to an imbalanced blood flow from one twin, known as the donor, to the recipient twin, leaving one baby with a greater blood volume than the other.
Earlier this month, the hitmaker reassured fans that the TTTS had “cleared up,” and that the babies are “still going strong”.
“We just wanted to come on here because we are another week further along, and we feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong,” she said in a video from hospital.
“You guys have been so lovely; we’ve seen all of your lovely messages and stories, and it’s really helped us keep going.”
Panning around the hospital room, she added with a smile: “We’re still in here! Hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine. Unfortunately, we can’t! Well, we can. I mean, Zion takes me out in the wheelchair down the road, but that’s as far as we can go.”
Nelson announced her pregnancy in January by posting a photo of her with Foster, who placed a hand over her bump.
