Lucien Blackwell is Notable.

Lucien Blackwell was an American politician from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He served in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and the Philadelphia City Council.[1] In 1940, his family lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[2]

Lucien Edward Blackwell was born on August 1st, 1931 in Whitsett, Pennsylvania.[3][4] He was the son of Thomas William Blackwell and Mary Ellen Booker.[3][5]

Lucien was married at least twice and had six children.[5]

Lucien died at his home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January 24, 2003.[5] He was buried in Mount Lawn Cemetery in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania.[6]
