This SVG is composed of 547 layers for the 547 australian LGAs. Those layers are named "path1", "path2", "path3", etc... So I renamed all the layer by the name of its LGA and its code (exemples : "path1" → "10050 Albury", "path2" → "10180 Armidale", "path3" → "10250 Ballina", etc...). I cannot in good conscience allow an overwrite here because it was the French flag when it was made, and for the other French flag, revertable changes on all Wikipedias is rather better than a change that cannot be reverted. @Jmabel: Another dilemma is that Polish Wikipedia is using it in a sense that would want the French flag as it was in the 1950s while German Wikipedia's use could be for either French flag. So should I move this so it's known it's the 1974 flag or should I allow overwrite and split the file in the knowledge that I split it in a way that moves the proposed version in line with how Polish Wikipedia wants to use it, or should I direct User:SVG flag maker to create the new file and use Universal Replace to have that used on German and Polish Wikipedia? This file contains a minor mistake : there is an extra oxygen that forms an hydroxyl group on the 7a carbon, making this "7a-hydroxy-Etorphine" instead of Etorphine. ( 7a corresponds to the chiral center at the base of the 2-hydroxypentan-2-yl sidechain. ) I made a rough fix with an image editor cleanly cutting out the extra oxygen and moving the hydrogen it its place.
