Grays Athletic have been deducted two points by the Football Conference for fielding three ineligible players.
The Essex side, who have already been relegated from the Blue Square Premier, were also fined £500 for five breaches of Conference rules.
The club's punishment results from fielding Daryl Robson and Callum Leahy against Barrow in October and Sam Cutler in three matches.
The decision was finalised after Grays withdrew an appeal against the charge.
