Broken when images unavailable

I edit Wikipedia at school sometimes and for whatever reason, "upload.wikimedia.org" is blocked on their network. (I guess they don't want us to see "inappropriate" images, but I digress.) Unfortunately, this breaks this template when I view it at school. The alternative text that displays when this template's image fails to load does not wrap, and causes the template to stretch off the left side of the screen. I don't know if these sorts of issues are something Wikipedia accommodates for and I'm not skilled enough at Wikitext to fix this myself, but if somebody else could resolve this, that'd be great.
