The great return of the multi-window design for the second sidebar. Fix #54

  • Show sidebar in all windows.
  • Buttons should be activated in the current window.
  • Context menus and popups should relate to the current window.
  • Fix buttons decoration.
  • Changing the settings should be reflected in all windows.
  • Changing the sidebar width should be reflected in all windows.
