Description

This PR addresses issue #20356 by updating Twitter references to X throughout the application.

Changes

-Updated Twitter references to X in admin views

  • Updated Twitter references to X in translation files
  • Updated Twitter references to X in liquid tags
  • Updated Twitter username labels to X username

These changes reflect the rebranding of Twitter to X and ensure consistency throughout the application.

This change modifies the RunkitTag class to use inner_html instead of text
when parsing the content, which preserves HTML tags in the runkit source.

Looks like the runkit stuff was accidentally included here, and likewise the code here is bleeding over to the selected text PR.

Thanks a lot for these PRs, just some branch issues need to be cleaned up.
