This change modifies the RunkitTag class to use inner_html instead of text when parsing the content, which preserves HTML tags in the runkit source. Fixes forem#1228

Looks like the runkit stuff was accidentally included here, and likewise the code here is bleeding over to the selected text PR. Thanks a lot for these PRs, just some branch issues need to be cleaned up. |

This PR addresses issue #20356 by updating Twitter references to X throughout the application.
