A reported accident partially shut a busy West London road this evening (Wednesday, May 7). The crash closed Uxbridge Road in both directions between New Broadway and Long Lane, according to Traffic and Travel website Inrix.

The following four London buses were on diversion: 278, 427, U2, and SL8.

Uxbridge Road is a 12-mile-long major West London road starting at Shepherd's Bush Green towards Uxbridge. It runs through Acton, Ealing, Hanwell, Southall, Hayes, and Hillingdon.
