Delete per nom, WP:NOTNEWS, WP:ROUTINE, WP:MILL and WP:EVENTOUTCOMES. I considered 2023 in the United States as a possible WP:ATD-R, but if you take a look you will find only world event-type listings there, not local crime. Similarly, Crime in California contains a list of notable blue linked articles only, and List of bank robbers and robberies contains only career or high-profile gangster-affiliated criminals—many of whom were subject to extensive manhunts—not small-time one-off bank robber types, of which there are many, unfortunately.
