The details of the soundtrack album for Disney’s live-action reimagining of the animated classic Lilo & Stitch have been announced. The album features the film’s original score composed by Dan Romer (LucaStation Eleven, Superman & Lois, Maniac, Beasts of the Southern WildBeasts of No Nation, The Good Doctor). Also included is a cover version of Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride performed by Iam Tongi & Kamehameha Schools Children’s Chorus (already released as a digital single today), a cover of Elvis Presley’s Burning Love performed by Nyjah Music & Zyah Rhythm and produced by their uncle, Bruno Mars, as well as new track by Mark Keali’i Ho’omalu accompanied by the Kamehameha Schools Children’s Chorus. The soundtrack will be released digitally on May 21 by Walt Disney Records. A limited-edition picture disc 10″ vinyl single featuring the three songs will be coming out on May 23  and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Lilo & Stitch is directed by Dean Fleischer Camp and stars Maia Kealoha, Sydney Elizebeth Agudong, Courtney B. Vance, Hannah Waddingham, Billy Magnussen, Tia Carrere, Chris Sanders and Zach Galifianakis. The family comedy will be released in theaters nationwide on May 23 by Walt Disney Pictures.
