In particular, what is the most popular movie on Netflix? Each week, the streaming service releases a list of its 10 most-watched movies over a recent seven-day period to keep subscribers in the loop regarding its most popular titles.

Tom Hardy plays a cop navigating the criminal underworld in Havoc, Gareth Evans’ new action thriller. Havoc brought out the action fans this past weekend as it debuted at No. 1 on Netflix. Other new entries in the top five include American Sniper, Clint Eastwood’s war biopic, and A Dog’s Way Home, a touching family adventure. Travel back to prehistoric times and visit the Croods, a Neanderthal family consisting of Grug (Nicolas Cage), his wife, Ugga (Catherine Keener), his mother-in-law, Gran (Cloris Leachman), and kids Eep (Emma Stone), Thunk (Clark Duke), and Sandy (Randy Thom). Due to Grug’s overprotective nature, the family remains in the cave.

One night, Eep sneaks out and meets Guy (Ryan Reynolds), a modern teenage boy. Guy introduces the Croods to new inventions, much to Grug’s dismay. While Grug refuses to adapt, the rest of the Cruds want to live by the new rules. When Guy informs the Croods about an impending apocalypse, Greg must decide whether to trust this new stranger.

Bullet Train Explosion is a race against time, a sequel to and reimagining of 1975’s Japanese film The Bullet Train. In layman’s terms, Bullet Train Explosions is Speed on a train. In the movie, a bomb is planted on the Hayabusa No. 60 train to Tokoyo. It will explode if the train drops below 100 km/h. Time is not on the side for Conductor Takaichi (Tsuyoshi Kusanagi), Conductor Fujii (Kanata Hosoda), and driver Matsumoto (Non).

To save the passengers, the train employees must find a way to either defuse the bomb or get everyone off the train before it explodes. Considering these trains move at high speeds, getting people off will be no easy task.

As the investigation furthers, it becomes more apparent that Cicero is innocent, despite Ambrose’s bias. Thaddeus Murphy (Thomas Jane), the town’s new minister, and his wife, Alice (Anna Camp), defy Ambrose and work to clear Cicero’s name. Being that it’s a Western, prepare for a lethal shootout with deadly consequences.

Chief negotiator Lynn (Loes Haverkort) is called to the scene and asked to diffuse the situation. While trying to empathize with Ammar, Police Commander Kees van Zanten (Marcel Hensema) works on getting the hostages out safely. It’s a tense thriller that might end in tragedy if not handled with precise care.
