We are currently seeking submissions for the following open positions on the National Tour of the hit broadway musical CHICAGO! Rehearsals begin on/around October 12th 2025, Opening October 21st and runs through May 17, 2026.
Reed 3 (Bass Clarinet, Bari Sax, Tenor Sax, Soprano Sax, Clarinet)
Banjo (Banjo, Mandolin, Ukulele)
Keyboard Sub/Rehearsal Pianist: (Rehearsals begin September 22nd in NYC)
Serves as rehearsal pianist for all rehearsals.
Plays the Piano book at least once a week when the associate is conducting.
Plays the Piano book for all soundchecks.
Other duties within the music department as assigned.
SALARY: Starting at $700/week plus: Per diem, hotel accommodations, elective basic health insurance, company provided transportation, and overage participation.

Job Title: Associate General Manager/Associate Producer
Location: NYC (with flexible remote hours possible)
Job Summary: Small producing/general management office seeking a dynamic and highly organized Associate General Manager/Associate Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is ready to jump in on supporting management for a national tour, line-produce a 29-hour reading, manage budgets and bookkeeping, transact investor paperwork and build investor relations. They will work closely with the Producer/General Manager to manage various theatrical projects spanning commercial productions, immersive experiences, and educational initiatives.
This position is part-time, with additional opportunities based on projects. It is particularly well-suited for a candidate looking to support their emerging or early career. Key Responsibilities:
Project & Line Producing:
- With GM/Producer, execute 29-hour readings, developmental productions, national tours, and Off-Broadway productions.
- Manage production timelines, budgets, and logistics for multiple projects.
- Act as a point of contact for producers, creatives, stage managers, and production teams.
Administrative & Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, payroll, and bookkeeping for various productions and initiatives.
- Maintain financial records and process payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with union, tax, and contractual obligations where applicable.
Investor Relations & Business Development:
- Build and maintain an investor database, ensuring updates and reports are delivered in a timely manner.
- Assist in investor communications, including writing updates, tracking commitments, and executing paperwork.
- Participate in fundraising efforts and financial planning for projects.
Industry & Creative Engagement:
- Read and assess scripts and industry materials to stay informed on emerging talent and projects.
- Support educational programming through coordination and logistics, including inbox management, marketing efforts, and program coordination for The Business of Broadway.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and maintain a network of contacts in commercial and immersive theater.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in general management, producing, or line producing, ideally in commercial theater.
- Experience in management on a touring production.
- Strong bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial management skills.
- Commercial national tour management experience is a plus.
- Highly organized and responsive, able to manage multiple priorities with diligence.
- Passion for both big-picture strategy and detailed execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Taste profile aligned with a broad range of commercial work, including immersive experiences, game shows, comedy, cabaret, and musical theater.
- Commitment to education and industry knowledge-building.
- Knowledge/Proficiency with (in addition to traditional office software): Canva, SquareSpace, Quickbooks, and Asana (or similar task management) is ideal.
Compensation: This is a part-time role at $25/hour, averaging 25-30 hours per week with flexibility. There is potential for growth, additional hours, or full-time employment based on the candidateâs performance and interest.

SEEKING PROFESSIONAL SINGERS TO PERFORM MOTOWN, SOUL, AND R&B
Professional singers with a repertoire that includes Motown, Soul, and R& B are being sought to perform with Vocal Ease (www.vocaleaseinc.org), a nonprofit singing organization that entertains New York City senior citizens at nursing homes, senior centers and senior residences.
Singing with Vocal Ease is an opportunity to share your talent while enriching the lives of New York Cityâs senior demographic, whose deep appreciation is unsurpassed.
Vocal Ease has performed more than 2,600 live shows since being founded in 1999 and is the recipient of the Manhattan Association of Cabaret and Clubs (MAC) Board of Directors Award.
Scheduling to perform with Vocal Ease is extremely flexible and performing with the group is an opportunity to work with dozens of professional singers and musicians. An outstanding pianist and drummer accompany the cast of singers for all shows. A brief rehearsal is held directly before each performance.
Vocal Ease performance dates and times vary and are ongoing throughout the year. Singers perform with the group based on their availability and generally perform with the group once a month or less. The vast majority of the group's shows are in Manhattan on weekday afternoons.
Please note that all singers generously volunteer to perform with the group.
