A 24-year-old woman had no idea she was having a baby right up until she gave birth - and spent her pregnany riding banana boats, zip-lining and white water rafting. Kayleigh Tilley had no plans to get pregnant with boyfriend of three months Nick Jerrom and set off on holidays to Turkey and Amsterdam - as well as a boozy girls' trip to Magaluf.

The nursery nurse even went on a speedboat ride on one of her getaways, unaware she was seven months pregnant. Holiday snaps show Kayleigh had a flat stomach right up to the end of her pregnancy. Just two weeks before giving birth, Kayleigh went out on her work Christmas party in December - posing up for a picture in a slinky black dress.

It wasn't until Christmas Day that Kayleigh was admitted to hospital after experiencing heavy bleeding. Doctors told her she was in labour with a 34-week baby.

Just 30 minutes later a stunned Kayleigh delivered Holly Tilley-Jerrom and is still in disbelief that she showed no signs of carrying a baby throughout her eight-month pregnancy. Kayleigh, from Bexley, London, said: "I was going on loads of holiday with my friends and my partner. I was living my best life not realising I was pregnant. I wasn't thinking about kids at this stage. I was working full-time in childcare.

"I went on about five or six different holidays to Magaluf, Dublin, Amsterdam, Turkey. Magaluf was a holiday with the girls while unknowingly three months pregnant. I was about six or seven months pregnant while in Turkey. We did white-water rafting, zip-lining, and a crazy sofa ride.

"I'd been on nights out where I'd had a couple of drinks but not a huge amount. I didn't really have any symptoms. The only thing that was different was that I kept having allergic reactions to different things like strawberries and pineapples, which I don't have now."

Kayleigh said she maintained her dress size throughout her cryptic pregnancy, had irregular periods, which wasn't unusual for her, and didn't notice any change to her appetite. It wasn't until Christmas Day 2024 that Kayleigh began bleeding heavily out of the blue - losing around a litre of blood before being rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Greenwich, London.

Kayleigh said: "I got rushed into an emergency ward and they started doing all sorts of tests. They did an ultrasound scan and told me there was a baby in there and they were ready to come now.

"I didn't know what to say. I was really shocked. I started thinking about all the stuff I'd done over the last few months and what I was going to tell my family. Nick was really shocked, kids hadn't really come up in conversation."

On Christmas Day afternoon, Kayleigh gave birth to a healthy baby girl named Holly Tilley-Jerrom, weighing 4lb 1oz. Kayleigh was hospitalised for a week after undergoing a blood transfusion due to the blood loss before her labour.

The mum said she feels 'so lucky' her little surprise is so healthy. Kayleigh said: "I got home and started looking at pictures and thought 'you can't even tell, where was she hiding?'
