Calvin sits on many committees on behalf of the county. Some with vital importance, such as but not limited to; Administrative and Legislative committee, this committee works with the Administrative Coordinator, department heads to develop and implement programs that have significance to our county operations. Calvin also sits on the Land Services committee, which oversees the county's zoning codes, the comprehensive plan, and works along with the Wisconsin Department
  • New Ideas From An New Generation
  • Now more than ever, we need to stand up to preserve our freedoms and our bedrock conservative values.
  • We need someone who won't waver when it comes to doing what is right for the 35th Assembly District.
Lawful gun ownership has a long tradition in Northern Wisconsin. I support the right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment. That amendment has been under attack from big-city Democrats and is not now under assault from Governor Tony Evers. We've seen in other states, Virginia is a good example, the Democrats when in complete control of the government will try to pass gun confiscation laws. I authored the Lincoln County resolution making this county a 2nd Amendment sanctuary county.

Scorecards

See also: State legislative scorecards and State legislative scorecards in Wisconsin

A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.

Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.

Click here for an overview of legislative scorecards in all 50 states. To contribute to the list of Wisconsin scorecards, email suggestions to editor@ballotpedia.org.
