Shelia Stubbs (Democratic Party) is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing District 78. She assumed office on January 6, 2025. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.
Stubbs (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Wisconsin State Assembly to represent District 78. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Shelia Stubbs was born in Camden, Arkansas, and she moved to Beloit, Wisconsin, when she was five years old. She earned a bachelor's degree from Tougaloo College in 1993. Stubbs' career experience includes working as a senior probation and parole agent and special education teacher. She served as chair of the Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus.[1]
