Biography
Mark Born was born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. He earned a high school diploma from Beaver Dam High School and a bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. His career experience includes working in law enforcement.[1]

The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 2, 2014. Incumbent Mark Born was unopposed in the Republican primary. Richard Bennett ran as an independent candidate.[6] Born defeated Bennett in the general election,[7][8][9] and was re-elected for another term.[10]
